He holds a PhD in Criminology, a degree in Philosophy, and Master’s degrees in both Practical Philosophy and Business Administration. He is an expert in research ethics and the management of European projects, and has made significant contributions to the advancement of research ethics and public policy. He has published extensively in the fields of public policy, applied ethics and social sciences, demonstrating his knowledge and commitment to ethical innovation. In addition, Francisco is a passionate educator and university lecturer at Miguel Hernández University. He has been recognised for his outstanding academic and professional contributions, having received awards in this regard.
