Flavia Roteda Ruffino is Head of Privacy and Personal Data Protection in R&D at PLUS ETHICS and director and co-founder of PARADIGMA Innovation. She holds a law degree and a Master’s degree in Legal Practice. Her postgraduate studies are specialised in Criminal Law, Privacy and Compliance, and has completed certifications in criminal compliance management, prevention of corruption in the company and privacy and data protection at the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR).
